Broken upgrade path, cant read existing music files

New "improved" Apple play app makes it harder to play existing music on my phone. I d/led the free version of this app, upgraded in-app when it appeared it could do what I need it to do, which is to play the existing 2500 MP3 files on my iPhone. I paid the $2 but then found I have to copy over 12gb of existing files to play in this player. And, when I went up on iTunes to place a review on the pro version, which I assumed I bought, it came back and said you got to own this product in order to review this product.

Thats why Im ranting here. Beyond disappointing.
